Since we started Crowe Associates in 2001, we have been helping people and organisations fulfil the potential we know they have. We love what we do.
We help our clients in a range of ways. David specialises in facilitation and training, organisation development, Leadership development and coaching clients 1-1 along with in house coach training. Sally specialises in patient & public involvement in research, research priority setting, and critical appraisal skills. She also facilitates and chairs meetings and conferences.
We develop long term relationships with our clients who operate in a range of areas and sectors. We are delighted that most of our work comes from repeat business.
Our approach is to start every engagement by listening and understanding exactly what is needed. We are known for delivering high quality work, quickly and to deadline. We review progress throughout to ensure that we are on track. We are committed to delivering value for money. We usually exceed our clients’ expectations and their feedback to us is that we achieve their goals, assignment after assignment.
