Coaching
David works with a range of Directors and Senior Managers in coaching projects relating to business improvement, career change and personal development.
The project usually involves some "diagnostic" work to identify key development areas using tools such as 360 degree reviews (gaining feedback from a number of different internal and external colleagues) or psychometrics.
The project lasts for 6-8 sessions two hour sessions, with each session followed up by a detailed action plan. Support is also offered by email and telephone in between sessions, and feedback given on areas such as business plans, organisational change and other factors affecting the organisation that the individual is working on.
David also runs Coaching and Mentoring training courses in house, to develop an organisations ability to build Coaching and Mentoring capacity within their organisations.
Clients over the last year in the commercial sector have included a Managing Director of a car dealership, an Managing Director of a construction company, a Director of a Chartered Accountancy practice, and an Managing Director of a furniture company. In the public and voluntary sector, the work has been primarily with Chief Executives of charities.
