These are shorter term Human Resources consultancy projects that are bespoke to the client, after an initial no obligation meeting, and a proposal sent and agreed by the client. The areas include areas such as Performance Management system design, Staff satisfaction surveys, Investors in People advisory work, and other specific HR input requested by the client, such as recruitment and selection.

 Examples over the last 2 years have been:

  •  Design of a Performance Management system for Witwood Foods
  • Strategic Evaluation project of Leadership and Management across the London region for Skills for Care London, involving an on line surveys, and Focus groups
  • Investors in People advisory work with over 20 small and medium sized businesses, Universities, and NHS Trusts. Recently supported Bucks NHS Hospitals Trust through to successful re-accreditation for the award
