Project management
Crowe Associates offer a total project management approach on behalf of clients in all people development. This usually involves:
- Agreeing an initial project plan, with timescales and budgets
- Delivery of the project
- Regular monthly reports of progress made, and review meetings with the client to ensure targets are met
- A final project review when the project is completed, with feedback from the commissioner, and from the clients
Over the last 2-3 years Crowe Associates have delivered:
- Log on to Care project ("blended learning" training project in training for the Social care sector in topics such as Dementia, Diversity, managing Violence and managing Medication, delivered to over 250 individuals)
- A Workforce Development project for Buckinghamshire County Council and partners, that involves Coaching Skills development, building partnerships with the Private and Voluntary sector, and the creation of a Management Development strategy

"Getting Involved" service user and carer project that involved mapping current best practice activity, setting up of a Reference group, and facilitating a conference and a series of workshops to disseminate ideas and good practice
- A major Business Leadership Conference in London for Skills for Care
- Several projects locally in the area of Leadership and Management
