RACHEL DANIEL: Rachel works with leaders to achieve improvements in personal, team and organisational performance. She also partners with organisations to plan and develop their coaching capability, and to support coaching initiatives. Her clients range from large organisations and mid sized businesses through to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Her skills have been honed over many years, working for large organisations in the areas of talent management and leadership development. As a former commercial operations director for FTSE 100 and privately-owned companies, she has an acute understanding of the pressures involved in producing results and the key drivers for success.
Her professional background, together with over 10 years’ experience of coaching at the highest level, means she’s perfectly placed to work with senior executives and their teams, as well as partnering with HR functions to enhance their in-house coaching capabilities.
Rachel’s qualifications and versatile coaching approach enables her to deliver results in the broadest range of challenging environments and she draws on a wealth of practical techniques, knowledge and research to add depth to her coaching work.
PETER KERSHAW: Peter has over 20 years experience in a business/legal environment. He has also for many years worked independently as a psychotherapist, Employers Assistance Counsellor, Facilitator and Coach.
Peter has enjoyed working with groups and individuals at all levels, in the fields of sport, education and business. He has found that the ability to communicate confidently and effectively is essential for people to thrive both personally and professionally.
He is a member of the Association for Coaching, Association for Contextual Behavioral Science and London Coaching & Supervision Network.
ELAINE KELLY: Elaine qualified as a nurse over 30 years ago and has many years of management experience in both health and social care.
With a passion for staff development, Elaine has supported people through preceptorship, mentoring, supervision and coaching. Her main focus is working with people to develop their confidence and help them to realise their potential, both in their work and in their personal lives.
Elaine has a post graduate qualification in coaching through Oxford Brookes and as a member of the Association for Coaching is an accredited foundation executive coach.
