Post graduation, he worked for blue chip companies like British Telecom, Sainsbury’s and Allied Dunbar, as well as the National Health Service.
During the 1990’s with the Training and Enterprise Councils, he worked with over 150 organisations to support them in developing their people and gaining Investors In People accreditation and gained the valuable experience that led onto setting up a people development company.
David is a Member of the Association for Coaching, and has postgraduate qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Group Analysis and Management studies. He is an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching.
David focuses on 1-1 and team coaching & mentoring, and training in house Coaches.
|Sally has worked in healthcare for over 24 years, at Trust, Health Authority and Regional Health Authority levels. She makes use of her public health, nursing and teaching experience and qualifications to provide consultancy, training and project management for patient and public involvement in health and social care research and healthcare.Sally co-chaired the James Lind Alliance between 2005 – 2013, an initiative that aims to tackle treatment uncertainty with Research Priority Setting Partnerships of patients and clinicians. She is a member of the Medical Research Council Ethics Regulation and Public Involvement Committee, and the British Medical Council Patient Panel.
She is a member of the Cochrane Consumer Network and the Prioritization Methods Group. She continues to teach critical appraisal, and understanding research skills to health professionals as well as patient and public groups as part of the Critical Appraisals Skills Programme.
