Post graduation, he worked for blue chip companies like British Telecom, Sainsbury’s and Allied Dunbar, as well as the National Health Service.
During the 1990’s with the Training and Enterprise Councils, he worked with over 150 organisations to support them in developing their people and gaining Investors In People accreditation and gained the valuable experience that led onto setting up a people development company.
David and Sally set up Crowe Associates in early 2001 to specialise in their respective fields. David is a Member of the Association for Coaching, and has postgraduate qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Coaching Supervision, Group Analysis and Management studies. He is an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching.
David focuses these days on 1-1 coaching and coaching supervision.
|Sally worked in the NHS for 15 years, at NHS Trust, Health Authority and Regional Health Authority levels. She has extensive experience of consultancy, training and project management for patient and public involvement in health and social care research and healthcare.
She helped initiate and co-chaired the James Lind Alliance (JLA). Sally will be retiring from her Patient and Public Involvement career April 2022 to explore other avenues of work.
