David Crowe Sally Crowe

David has over 25 years experience in coaching and facilitation practice in both the Private and Public sector, the last 20 as a Director.

Post graduation, he worked for blue chip companies like British Telecom, Sainsbury’s and Allied Dunbar, as well as the National Health Service.

During the 1990’s with the Training and Enterprise Councils, he worked with over 150 organisations to support them in developing their people and gaining Investors In People accreditation and gained the valuable experience that led onto setting up a people development company.

David and Sally set up Crowe Associates in early 2001 to specialise in their respective fields. David is a Member of the Association for Coaching, and has postgraduate qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Group Analysis and Management studies. He is an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching.

David focuses on 1-1 and team coaching & mentoring, training in house Coaches and working with teams and groups on developing resilience.

Sally has worked in healthcare for over 24 years, at Trust, Health Authority and Regional Health Authority levels.  She makes use of her public health, nursing and teaching experience and qualifications to provide consultancy, training and project management for patient and public involvement in health and social care research and healthcare.Sally co-chaired the James Lind Alliance between 2005 – 2013, an initiative that fosters Research Priority Setting Partnerships of patients and clinicians.  She is a member of the British Medical Council Patient Panel, and is on the Editorial Board of Research and Involvement Journal.

She is a Cochrane Consumer and a member of the Prioritization Methods Group.  She continues to teach critical appraisal skills, especially for patient and public groups.
